An Afternoon at "The Creek"

Mommy's family has had property on Coldwater Creek since she was a little girl. Today, Baboo came to keep me and she was talking about how she had been at the cabin this weekend and Mommy got inspired. We rode up to "the creek" late this afternoon for a picnic and too check out the scenery. Cat LOVED it!

First, we had a picnic...

...then, explored the sandbar. I still hate the sand!!

And I wasn't sure about the water at first...

but with a little Mommy-coaxing, I decided to give it a try...

and I LOVED it!!!!

I even sat down in it!

And dumped water down the front of me!!

But, I really didn't want to leave and this is what I told Daddy...

Soooooooo...Mommy has always wanted me to wear hats, but I just refuse. She has tried hats of all shapes and sizes, but I WILL NOT wear a hat! Lately though, I have decided I like hats, but not your typical hat....

Happy Birthday Kaylee and Daddy

This was a weekend of celebrations for me. My cousin Kaylee turned the big 2 on Friday. Her Mommy and Daddy threw a great Luau themed party for her on Saturday. Since Mommy is in the hospital again, Daddy took me. We had a great time.

After the party I took a good long nap and then Daddy and I went to visit Mommy. It was Daddy's birthday too and we wanted to have dinner all together. I have missed Mommy a lot this time and didn't want to leave the hospital. But Daddy and I had surprises waiting when we got home to Cookie and Papa's. They had gotten Daddy a few little presents and a cake to tide him over until his real party on the 31st and Baboo lunch June 1.

A Wonderful Spring Day

Mommy and Daddy went to Toys R Us yesterday while I was at Cookie and Papa's and they got me some awesome summer toys! Today Daddy put them all together and I played outside all day! Check out the pictures of my wonderful day!
